All means of effort I pay I belive is not only to benifit my life but also making a better society by helping and aiding eachother.

In order for me to improve, I need growth. I need to grow my mind if I want to be somebody with a wide perspective of the world.

hard work results in growth. Not only academically but mentally. It teaches me what it takes to achive what I want.

 
enjoyment

No enjoyment = no passion
enjoyment is always important to keep a person 'alive'.

 
assertiveness

for me it is important that people don't belittle or take advantage of eachother. We need to learn to respect eachother although we might be in a better position than them.

 
tolerance

I need to be able to tolerate hard work and the environment or society I am surrounded in in order to carry on with my goals and not be mentally broken during it. I need to learn how to be understanding.

 
challenge

challenge can be taken place in various ways - either if it is academic or personal. Knowing my limits and breaking through it will make me 'grow'/

 
leadership

If I am in s position where I can help others and have great ideas about things, I need leadership to share and work with others to lead people to actually make it happen together.
