1. Paraphrase the question in your first paragraph. You can do it using synonyms.
 
2. Write the overview. Pick out 3 or 4 of the main features and write about them generally, without any data.
 
3. Support the main features you included in your overview with detail. This should be a separate paragraph using accurate data from the chart.
 
4. Check your work. Make sure you have no grammar or spelling mistakes, your data is accurate and that you have varied your vocabulary.
 
5. Use formal academic language applying the adequate vocabulary according to the information shown in the graph.
