Turn litmus red paper blue.
They are slippery touch.
Don't react with carbonates just with acid.
Examples include ammonia glass cleaner, baking soda, and bleach.
neutral: Process which occurs when an acid and a base react to produce a salt and water. The result is a pH near 7.
