In the cover we have a girl that has yellow eyes and that is the same color as the title. In the back of this cover it tells us about the summary/ what the story will be about. Unlike the An American Plague this book has a summary and tells us details about the main character. And the back actually tells us something about her past and explains where she is. And it tells us the settings of the story. And it tells us about what happended to her family and the bad things of life. Says somethings about fevers.
An American Plague
On the front cover there is actually someone who look like they are sick and not feeling ver well.
In the back there is no words there is only a picture. And the pictue has two black people together and they look like they are doing a bad thing and theya re doing right by the law. Says something about plague.
They both seem to be like a sequel of some book. They seem like they are historical and that they are very important. both are about 1793. They talk about a sickness and diseases.
