Teaching considerations
Millenial sudents are supported by their parents economically and emotionally, which makes them more confident. On the other hand, racially diverse students and the second language students may be lack of that much confidence whwnever they fee different. Therefore, instructors should be aware of that, treat equally, be respectful and supportive.
At the group works, every student has to be given the same opportunities to represent their thoughts and ideas.
Cultural diversity in fact is a richness and instructors shoul know how to benefit from their background and learn more.
