Dennis Lehane

I'm Dennis Lehane i was born in Boston, Massachusetts on August 4 of 1965

In my family i was the youngest of five children and my father was in charge of a Sears & Roebuck store and my mother had a position in the cafeteria of a public school. They were immigrants from Ireland.

I had my education at Boston College High School (a college preparatory high school for men) is Catholic. My passion for writing stemmed from Eckerd College (St. Petersburg, Florida, a private university) and eventually pursued a creative writing degree at Florida International University (a public university located in University Park, Florida).

Curiositiesssss. I grew up in the Dorchester neighborhood where a climate of violence and crime abounds.
