Mary Shelley

My real name is Mary Wollstonecraft Godwin and I was born in London on August 30, 1797.I am the daughter of William Godwin and the late Mary Wollstorecraft
People know me as Mary Shelley because I am married to the best poet Percy Bysshe Shelley.
In 1818 she published my first book, this is what I am known for, it is called Frankenstein and there is a very long story behind it.
After this novel I have written many more on themes of science fiction romanticism..
One thing I regret is not having studied something specific, I had a private education where my father instilled in me political knowledge I have never dedicated myself to politics but it is also a field that I like and that has always interested me, I was studying for a few months in Scotland where I came back with lots of ideas for books.
