{"id":3199,"date":"2015-02-09T17:57:17","date_gmt":"2015-02-09T17:57:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.classtools.net\/blog\/?p=3199"},"modified":"2016-07-15T17:17:38","modified_gmt":"2016-07-15T17:17:38","slug":"peer-assessment-slips","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.classtools.net\/blog\/peer-assessment-slips\/","title":{"rendered":"Peer Assessment Slips"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When conducting group work, there is always a danger that certain students might take a bit of a back seat and let their teammates do all the work.<\/p>\n<p>To avoid this, provide\u00a0the students in advance with a &#8216;peer assessment&#8217; slip. At the end of the lesson \/ project, each student should complete the slip by dividing 100% between the members of the team to reflect their contribution to the task, and explain their reasoning.<\/p>\n<p>These can then be collected by the teacher.
