work and instead got
an education at school
-wages were increased and prices went down
-upper class is tended to better than lower class, they live longer
-growth of middle class
and bourgeouisie
-sewage and sanitary systems in tenements were not well kept
-small upper class owned most of wealth
-most in poverty
