Fourth, look for any numbers that need to be divided, and divide them.

A
Aunt - Addition

Fifth, look for any numbers that need to be added, and add them.

S

Lastly, look for any numbers that need to be subtracted, and subtract them.

Remember to always follow these steps, in order, from left to right!

If an operation does not exist in your example, move to the next operation.
Make sure you stay in order.

Multiplication and division actually have the same priortity, meaning they can be done in the order they occur, from left to right.

Addition and subtraction also hold the same priority. This means they can also be done in the order they occur, from left to right.
