Don’t push with too much force on band saw
Relief cuts are needed for sharp or curved
Binding and twisting blades on band saw
The blade assembly should be 1/8 of inch above work
Never use fingers to clear scrap
A clicking sound on band may mean blade is cracked, notify
Place a scrap piece underneath to avoid table
Small pieces must be secured to the table with clamps or vise
Large holes should be done at lower speeds
Feed lever, power switch,depth stop, chuck
Board must be flat and tight on table
Warps, scraps and duct may prevent
Keep hands at least 6 inches away
Small pieces require a hold down such as vise or clamp
Blade must never contact would before being turned on
Allow saw to reach full running speed
You must wait for blade to come to complete stop before making another cut
