Renaissance Fashion
This was the common dress for men and woman. Men wore dress shirts under a doublet, a fitted top, and a jerkin, a fitted jacket. Rather than wearing trousers underneath, males wore hoes. Women were expected to wear dresses that restricted their movement. Children dressed the same way in order to mirror their parents.

Emphasized human capabilities and celebrated individual achievement. The humanists emphasized the importance of human values instead of religious beliefs.The rediscovery of classical philosophy and science would eventually challenge traditional religious beliefs of the Church
