During the Great Depression, many countries suffered from this decline in the American economy. But Germany, suffered the most significant damage leaving the country in a state of emergency during early 1918 to late 1924. The hyperinflation led to the point where the a bucket of money would be taken accept the money. The currency was significantly increasing several times a week leaving the society having a hard time supporting themselves because the prices would constantly go up and when it does it does go up, everything has gone out of hand once again. This left the German society questioning and doubting their governments ability to run and rule a country when they couldn't even keep the currency stable
Jews and Racism
Like every country, racism is always a big issue. Racial discrimination was no different in Germany, if not worse. The Nazi party took over the country and brought a new incentive upon the civilians and brainwashed and forced them to think that the Jews were their enemies.
The Jews had encountered so much hate for being a race. They were tortured, tormented, starved and burned alive. They also encountered many racial propaganda on how they were the alien and how they were abnormal to normal white German society.
Treaty Of Versailles
The German society had a huge uprise on how if the treaty is signed, they would be betraying their own country. The ones that signed the contract were labelled as the “November Criminals”. Civilians believed that their country was superior and all mighty. They believed that signing that contract will leave their country vulnerable to the rest of the world and weak because they no longer have any backbone. They were watched on constantly by the Americans and the British.

Women Rights
After Hitler came int power, many positive things changed for the Germans. Things became more modern, more music, art, women’s right to vote and a higher education. In this time, women certainly gained their rights and freedom after the war. During the war, the women had to work in the farms to be able to feed the ones at war and they had to cook and do manual labour at the same time while not even being acknowledged for it until after the war.
Brainwashing Youth
Hitler’s technique to rise to power was brainwashing or using propaganda to the younger generations for him to keep his legacy. Training kids from a young age that the Jews were bad news and that communism is a good idea. He named this the Nazi Youth, they trailed behind him whenever he had election or public speech. He taught them respect and had disciplined them very strictly.
Germany Now
Germany now is a communist free country and everyone has equal rights but the history will forever stay on their grounds. They can either hold their pride that it never succeeded or thy can be ashamed of it.
