Subject Matter: The First thing about the Kritios boy is that he really stands. He back leg is not bound to a block for balance. Openings are seen through his arms and sides. Previously, the figure was supported by part of the original stone block. The Kritios boy stands free

Subject Matter: The Sainte-Madeleine is one of the most beautiful of all Romanesque churches. Its crowning glory is a set of three sculptured portals opening into the nave and side aisles from the narthex or a vestibule.

Subject Matter: The Alhambra was built by the Nasrid Dynasty (the last Muslims to rule in Spain). Muhammad I founded the Nasrid Dynasty and secured the region in 1237. He began constructing on Sabika hill the following year. The Alhambra most celebrated structures are the Comares Palace, the Palace of the Lions, and the Partal Palace.
Subject Matter: Sluter brought zest and ultimate realism to Gothic sculptor. His style so individualistic that it could be placed in the renaissance period

Subject Matter: When the battle between David and Goliath ended with David winning, Michelangelo decided to create a statue of David in his glory.
