Bruno Taut
Taut was born in 1880 in Königsberg, he went to a gymnasium and after he finished he got one year later the opportunity to work for an architecture office of Bruno Möhring. He worked for him in Berlin and became famous for his Settlements like the Hufeisensiedlung and the Glashaus Pavillon. Because of the Nationalizm he first went to Japan because he had a Job offer and after that to Istanbul where he died in 1938.
