They collect pollen to feed the bees and the queen bee with royal jelly. A worker bee makes pollen expeditions about 5-20 times a day and carries 8-29 mg of pollen each time. 6-10 minutes time is spent on a pollen load. It collects the pollen that it sticks on the front and middle leg with the bee sticking on it or on the flower in the pollen basket on its hind legs. After the pollen brought to the hive is emptied into the comb, the bees in the hive internal service spread the pollen brought to the comb and moisten it with the tongue. Thus, honey, nectar and mouth secretion are added to the pollen.

Honeycomb knitting in colonies is done by worker bees. Worker bees, 3-6. They weave the eyes of the honeycomb with the wax produced in 4 pairs of wax glands located at the bottom of the belly rings. Honeycomb eyes are vital as fry production, honey and pollen storage units.

Apart from individual water needs, honey bees collect water to adjust the temperature and humidity of the hive, soften the honey and prepare food for the larvae. Bees carrying water carry 50-100 times a day and carry 50 mg of water each time. The daily water requirement of a colony is around 200 g.

The field of cultivation is related to the presence of nectar and the duration of nectar intake. However, pollen collection is done approximately twice as long.
