It’s an inscription cut on to a rock about Darius. It is about when there was a rebellion and Darius managed to successfully stop it. In this inscription it shows that Darius is standing over the rebels on the right side of the inscription and on the left are Darius’s loyal men who never betrayed him.
It shows that kings need to prove themselves by standing tall over all the threats to their empire, even if they are rebels.
