We were trying to show the emotion of disgust.
In the background we can see Ivette who was throwing up from disgust, in front of her was Alex covering his nose with his arm, while Prisca did the same, but with her hand and in the center was Kiara with a face that was clearly expressing her disgust as if she had seen the most disgusting thing in the world.
